Builders advertising here
No other community in our research advertises a lower start. The mechanics to check: which collection the price belongs to, what the base plan actually includes, lot premium spread, and, because Kyle-area MUDs commonly run high, the combined tax rate off the rate sheet.
Waterstone Village (from $199,990) and Waterstone Crossing (from $259,990) are separate Meritage collections in the same area. The billboard price and the model you tour may be $60,000 apart before options.
