Briarwood is the cheapest community in Chesmar’s 19-community Central Texas footprint ($249,990–$869,990). Benchmark it against the other Elgin-area entries — Starlight’s Eagles Landing ($244,990) and LGI’s Homestead Estates ($255,900) — the east-side value cluster is competitive.

East-side pricing trades on the commute to central Austin. If your work is the east-side corridor (Tesla, ABIA, Samsung/Taylor), the math changes in your favor — drive it at your hour first.
