Wolf Ranch is a 1,120-acre Hillwood-developed master plan at the I-35 / SH-29 interchange in Georgetown, built along the San Gabriel River. At full build-out the community is planned for roughly 2,600 homes across nine builders, including Lennar, Drees Custom Homes, and Highland Homes. Amenities include The Den amenity center with a resort-style pool and event space, River Camp, and 16 miles of trail system along the river. Wolf Ranch Elementary (Georgetown ISD) opened inside the community in 2020. Property tax rates in newer MUD-overlay sections run higher than older Georgetown neighborhoods, confirm the exact rate for any specific section before making an offer.
