Whisper Valley is a 2,066-acre master-planned community in Manor, notable for being the first Central Texas community to put geothermal heating/cooling and solar power on every home. The community has won back-to-back Masterplan Community of the Year awards (2021 and 2023). Pacesetter Homes Texas is the primary builder on the current phases tracked here; other builders (GFO Home, Thurman Homes, Terrata Homes) have built in earlier sections.
