Community overview
Santa Rita Ranch is a 3,100-acre Hill Country master-planned community in Williamson County, located along Hwy 29 near Ronald Reagan Boulevard in Liberty Hill. The community is built around a heavy amenity package, leisure and lap pools, a waterslide, a dedicated kids' water area, a fitness center, and the "Ranch Camp" recreation area with pickleball and cornhole. Santa Rita Ranch includes Regency at Santa Rita Ranch, a Toll Brothers-built 55+ active-adult section that expanded its home site release in July 2026. Students are zoned to Liberty Hill ISD, including elementary campuses built inside the community.
