Community overview

Easton Park is a 2,300+ acre master-planned community in Southeast Austin developed by Brookfield Residential, roughly 12 miles from downtown. At full build-out the community is planned for nearly 5,000 homes across seven builders, tracked here are David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Pacesetter Homes, Perry Homes, and Taylor Morrison. Easton Park includes an on-site elementary school (Del Valle ISD) and The Union amenity center, with a resort-style pool, fitness facility, game room, and yoga lawn. The community plans 300+ acres of parkland and a 13.1-mile trail system at completion.
