Builder overview

Empire Homes is the current name — since a July 2025 company-wide rebrand — of Empire Communities, a privately held builder founded in 1993 (HQ Vaughan, Ontario; U.S. operations based in Atlanta) that entered the Texas market in 2012. Company-wide it has built 38,000-plus homes across 100-plus communities in Canada, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Colorado, and Texas. In the Austin area it has been active in ten communities researched here, several as the sole builder. Its sections at Blanco Vista and Parmer Ranch are confirmed sold out as of this research pass. Advertised financing incentives (“up to $50K included features”) are a builder claim, unverified until confirmed on site.
