Coventry Homes
Coventry Homes has been building in Texas since 1988 and operates 17 identified communities across the Austin metro, more than any other builder profile we've rebuilt so far. This profile is built from the builder's own site and the same daily incentive-tracking behind the Hot Sheet — not a field visit yet. See exactly what we've verified below.

| Site copy correction (this page, before rebuild) | Prior version of this page stated Coventry Homes "is part of the Wilshire Homes family of Central Texas builders." Coventry own site identifies it as a Dream Finders Homes brand and makes no mention of Wilshire Homes. Update (2026-08-04): our own Wilshire Homes profile found that BBB registration for the shared "Wilshire Homes by MHI" entity lists Coventry Homes as an alternate business name of the same corporate entity — so while the two brands market separately, the earlier conclusion above that they are "unrelated" is now itself in question. Treating this as unresolved rather than picking a side | (O) 🟠 |

The 17 active communities, their cities, and advertised starting prices, confirmed on Coventry Homes' own site the same day as this profile. That the sitewide $105,000/4.99% offer's stated deadline has passed. That the current page's "Wilshire Homes family" claim doesn't match what Coventry's own site says about its parent company.
"Building since 1988" and the Dream Finders Homes parent relationship (both from the builder's own marketing copy, not independently audited). The live 4.99% rate buydown, $0 Down USDA, and $0 Move-In programs — all logged from builder-reported sourcing without a fresh same-day re-check on each community page.
Construction quality and sales-office practices firsthand — no field visit yet. BBB record for the Texas entity. HOA fees and MUD/PID or tax-district status for any of the 17 communities beyond what's already tracked at Santa Rita Ranch. Current quick-move-in inventory and pricing beyond the advertised "from" figures.
Before this rebuild, this page stated Coventry Homes "is part of the Wilshire Homes family of Central Texas builders," and that it "has also built in Belterra under the Wilshire name." Coventry's own site identifies the company as a Dream Finders Homes brand and does not mention Wilshire Homes anywhere in its own materials. Wilshire Homes is a separate Central Texas builder that New Home Dispatch tracks on its own profile. This looks like a research error from an earlier pass rather than a live claim — corrected here rather than repeated. Update (2026-08-04): researching Wilshire Homes directly for its own profile found that BBB registration for the "Wilshire Homes by MHI" entity lists Coventry Homes, McGuyer Homebuilders, Carmel Builders, Plantation Homes, and Pioneer Homes as alternate business names of the same entity — consistent with trade-press reporting that Dream Finders Homes acquired McGuyer Homebuilders (MHI), Wilshire parent company since 2010–2011, in October 2021 for $471 million. That means Coventry Homes and Wilshire Homes likely share the same corporate parent today, even though Coventry consumer-facing site never mentions Wilshire. This new finding stays on the record alongside the correction above rather than resolving the discrepancy unilaterally — see the Wilshire Homes profile for full sourcing.
Coventry Homes' tracked incentives appear in the live widget below, pulled directly from the same Incentive Tracker data behind the Hot Sheet. For how these figures compare against other Austin-area builders, use the tools below.
| Date | Community | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| — | — | No New Home Dispatch field visit yet. This section will populate once a visit to 6 Creeks (Kyle, our priority corridor) or another Coventry Homes community is completed. |
6 Creeks (Kyle, 78640) sits inside New Home Dispatch's South Austin/Hays County priority coverage area. The remaining 16 communities — Cedar Creek, Elgin, Georgetown (x4), Jarrell, Leander (x2), Liberty Hill (x2), Marble Falls, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Dripping Springs, and Taylor — are outside that corridor, spread across the wider Austin–Central Texas region.
Advantage: Coventry Homes has the broadest footprint of any builder we've rebuilt so far, with 17 identified Austin-area communities spanning a wide price range ($254,900 to $879,900), plus a captive lender (Jet HomeLoans) and multiple active local incentive programs at Eastern Wells and Riverbend at Double Eagle.
Limitation: the headline sitewide offer (up to $105,000 off plus a 4.99% buydown) expired July 31, 2026 and this page previously misstated Coventry's parent-company relationship, attributing it to Wilshire Homes instead of Dream Finders Homes — both are corrected here. Confirm current terms directly with the builder rather than relying on either the old claim or an expired tracker figure.
